Q: I need help getting the status of my applications with the insurances.

A: When you signed up, the Program Credentialing was added to your account. Please visit the Help page in your member portal and refer to the Alvarez Consulting Provider Manual for information on your application statuses.

A: Please fill out a form in the Help section with detailed information about the insurance you are seeking. If the answers are not found in the manual or training videos, our team will assist you.

Q: I want to set up a call with my consultant.
A: Consultants are available during your initial consultation, training, and when signing agreements. If you have a question, please submit a contact form in the Help section of your member portal. A customer service representative will respond within 24-48 hours. Occasionally, you may receive a call from your consultant if additional information is needed.

Q: I still have questions and need translations or further support for my practice.
A: We offer several subscription plans to help you manage your office effectively. Please visit the Subscriptions page to select a plan, and we will schedule another consultation with your dedicated consultant.

Q: I want to speak to someone right away.
A: Please submit a form in the Help section of your member portal, being clear and concise. If there is an urgent matter at your clinic regarding auditing, AHCA, OIG, or Medicare, please specify that in your contact form.

Q: How can I get a list of all the insurance contact information?
A: Visit the Alvarez Consulting Shop page to purchase one of our comprehensive notebooks. The phone numbers by specialty are listed, making it easy to access all the contact information at a glance. This tool is particularly helpful when billing or communicating with insurance carriers.

Q: I don't know where to begin with my member page.
A: Go to the "How to Navigate My Portal" section on your member page. We have included a step-by-step guide to help you navigate your Alvarez Consulting member portal.

Q: I would like to start a practice and don't know where to begin.
A: Navigate to the "Book Online" page and select a 30-minute consultation to speak to your consultant. Your consultant will help you strategize and determine which program is best suited for your project.
